A small booking fee (30%) and card details are required for all bookings to secure your space, but please know that any cancellations/reschedules made less than 48hrs prior will lose your booking fee.
Any cancellations/reschedules made less than 24hrs prior will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Any no call/no shows will be subject to a 100% charge of their services.
PAYMENT:
Currently I am only able to accept cash or bank transfer payments on the day of treatment.
Please ensure you receive a confirmation email from Ovatu after booking your appointment to ensure your reservation has gone through.
